XOM Actively Participated in the Second Cultural Heritage and Artistic Life Festival of Siming District

Originating from the day of cultural heritagecultural and natural heritage day  is on the second Saturday of June every year. It is one of the important themes of China's cultural constructionreflecting the the great attention and strategic foresight of the party and the country in protecting cultural heritage.

Its purpose is to create a good atmosphere for the protection of cultural heritage, raise people's awareness of the importance of cultural heritage protection, mobilize the whole society to participate in, pay attention to and protect cultural heritage, and enhance the awareness of cultural heritage protection of the whole society.


On the afternoon of June 8th, 2019, the 2019 cultural and natural heritage publicity day -- Xiamen Siming District's second cultural heritage artistic life festival had its opening in Zhongshan park. This activity would last for two days.  Xiamen Olympic museum participated in the event.


At the beginning of the activity, Xiamen Olympic museum brought cultural and creative products with Olympic characteristics to Zhongshan park to participate in the activity.


1. Portable travel tea set

The travel tea set series included white porcelain and celadon, consisting of a cover bowl and three cups. The cover stood for the sky, the cup for people, and the tray for the ground,metaphor to the combination of heaven and earth to taste the true taste of tea.


2.Love Sport, Love Home Series Theme Key Chain

A key had  always been the epitome of home. It could be of personality,and it could also be extraordinary. Sport key chain made a “home” more energetic.


3.Summer goods for preventing sunstroke - Peaked Cap


The 2008 Beijing Olympic mascots "A set of Fuwa ", the 2014 Nanjing Youth Olympics mascot Lele,  Xiamen Olympic museum’s logo and sports bracelet, etc.


At the beginning of the activity, the products had attracted the attention of the general public, and everyone watched and inquired in front of the booth. Especially, the new launched sports key chain and travel tea set was popular with children and young people who travel a lot.

In order to avoid the period of college entrance examination, the event was set to start on June 9th, 2019. Xiamen Olympic museum brought the Olympic torch and arranged the ancient Olympic game Throwing Arrow to the Vase on the site.


Taking photos with the torch and the game Throwing Arrow to the Vase had attracted a large number of citizens.  Through the creative products and during characteristic experience, people felt and spreaded the Olympics, had close contact with the Olympics, brought the Olympics home, and planted a magic seed about the Olympics in their hearts.
