In order to further improve the comprehensive quality and ability of museum curators in Fujian province and promote the rapid and healthy development of culture and museum undertakings in Fujian province, the "2019 Provincial Museum Curators Training Class" was opened in Fuzhou in August 6th. Curators and relevant persons in charge of 136 state-owned museums and non-state-owned museums from all over the province participated in the training.

Mr. Qisheng Fu, party group member of Fujian Provincial Department of Culture and Tourism，director general of Fujian Provincial Cultural Heritage Administration, Mr. Ping Xie, deputy director general of Fujian Provincial Cultural Heritage Administration and other leaders attended the opening ceremony, which was hosted by Fangcang Chen, researcher of Fujian Provincial Cultural Heritage Administration Museum and Social Cultural Heritage Department.

Ms. Yun Wu, the deputy curator, as the representative of XOM, attended the three-day training. Through this training, the museum improved its cultural ideal and the cultural values confidence,   consciously went into a new journey of a new era, found out the connotation of the collections , combined with the culture creativity and the tourism industry, developed derivative products, and enhanced its own development ability.  The museum focused both on holding the traditional function of collect, document, preservation, research, exhibition, education and so on, also caring the needs of community groups and the social development, actively and steadily promoting the formation of cultural and creative industries with museum characteristics, therefore the museum become not only the guardian of human culture, but also the inheritor and promoter of human culture.
