On August 13, 2019, Xiamen Olympic museum participated in the museum safety lecture, which was given by Mr. Wenzhen LIn, deputy director general of Fujian Provincial Cultural Heritage Administration. Participants included representatives of each Xiamen museum.

The main content of this meeting was to learn the concept of cultural relic safety, the types of cultural relic safety and preventive measures. Among them, the categories of cultural relics safety included:

1. Fire damage; 2. Cultural relics considered to be damaged; 3. Criminal activities of cultural relics; 4. Damage caused by natural disasters.

The lecture focused on the four main types of cultural heritage safety, analysied and put forward the prevention and solution means. Therefore everyone learned and understood the cultural heritage safety more systematically, actively prevented and ensured the safety.

Xiamen Olympic museum sticked to the policy of "Safety First, Prevention First". Through the participation of the cultural safety relics lectures, Xiamen Olympic museum improved the awareness of cultural security, enhanced the safety responsibility consciousness, improved the capacity of emergency accidents disposal and cultural relics safety processing, laid a solid foundation for practically, efficiently and orderly carrying out museum safety management work to ensure the cultural relics and public security .
