On Oct.7^th, 2014, XOM held Autumn Volunteer Training Program. First,the staffs of XOM explained them the basic courtesy and skills of commentator in detail.after the basic training, MS. Wu Yun, the deputy curator, introduced them about the character ,the spirit and the values of being a volunteer. The volunteers expressed that they had benefited a lot after listening to the deputy curator’s detailed explanation.

As the national popular science bases, XOM always attaches great importance to the construction of volunteers. Several times each year for volunteers training, examination and practice to form a high-quality, high efficiency team of volunteers. XOM plays an important role on the Olympic publicity.
