The 2019 Chungju World Martial Arts Masterships kicked off at the Chungju stadium in South Korea on Aug 30th. The distinguished guest attended the ceremony including Mr. Li Luoyuan, prime minister of state council of South Korean, Mr. Ban Ki-moon,the former UN secretary-general and honorary chairman of the masterships,  Mr. Li Shizhong, the provincial governor of Zhongzhou Beidao province, north Korea, Mr. Li Qixing, president of Korea sports association and IOC member, and Mr.Ching-Kuo Wu, IOC member and chairman of IOC culture and Olympic Heritage Commission.

More than 3,000 martial arts masters and related people from 106 countries gathered together. The Chungju World Martial Arts Masterships linked the world's martial arts lovers together and provided a platform for peaceful sharing.
